Founded in 1796 and received its royal charter in 1964, University of Strathclyde is public research institution and second-oldest university located in Glasgow, Scotland. It holds a repute as the first technological university in the United Kingdom. Amidst the Covid-19 crisis, the University of Strathclyde has established a funding scheme to assist outstanding students. The motive of the funding is to assist students in meeting essential needs during the pandemic response to Covid-19. Applications to this funding is open to students at all study degree levels including Undergraduate, Taught Postgraduate and Research students respectively.
